Karalina's philosophy is simple, we strive to offer quality products, at a fair affordable price with personalized service in a fun relaxed atmosphere.
We want you to enjoy your time in our store, while offering any assistance you may need. We will gladly offer our opinion on the perfect gift or how the clothes look on you, but know it is more important that you leave with an appropriate gift or an outfit that makes you look amazing more than just making a sale.
We also try to have store policies that are more than fair to you the customer, while balancing the needs of our business.
This includes pricing which we try to make fair and affordable for the quality of product and service we provide. We are not a discounter, nor are we a large chain and cannot in general offer deep discounts. We believe that the quality and uniqueness of product, the depth of selection, and the service extras such as events, food sampling, drawings, birthday month postcards, free gift boxing/wrapping and curteous service all contribute to providing a high value for your hard earned money spent at Karalina's.
Our Return Policy
Our return policy is 21 days for full refund, prodived the merchadise still has the tags on and has not been worn or used.
A gift may be returned if unused and with the tags and a gift receipt for store credit within 31 days of purchase.
All food, bath & body and sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift Certificates
We sell gift certificates for any amount that are good as long as we are in businesses. If you lose one we cannot replace it, so please treat them like cash and keep in a safe place.
